What does our 20% service fee cover?
Human gift selection, sourcing and partner coordination, customer support, order administration, team salaries, marketing, advertising, accounting, legal support, website and app development, hosting, software, security, payment administration, and general business overhead. These are the activities the fee supports, not an itemized allocation for every order.
